Salary/Hourly Rate:
$30/hr - $40/hr Depending on experience

Position Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by engaging dental practices, conducting consultative sales conversations, and closing opportunities within your assigned territory. You will serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, educating them on the company's innovative solutions and demonstrating how they can improve practice efficiency and patient outcomes. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about exceeding goals while building lasting customer relationships. This person will be required to work 30 - 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive:
  • Prospect and engage medical practices through outbound calling, conducting discovery conversations to qualify leads and identify opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth by closing new clients or scheduling consultations.
  • Play a key role in shaping and scaling this growing cross-sell sales initiative.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within Salesforce.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the specific medical industry and become a trusted expert on their products.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to help refine messaging, improve products, and identify market opportunities.
Required Experience/Skills for the Account Executive:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in a full-cycle closing role.
  • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales engagement tools.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Account Executive:
  • A strong interest in being part of a Sales team.
  • A positive attitude in a collaborative work environment.
  • The ability to build strong relationships.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
