    Executive Assistant

Our customers, who include corrugated and packaging manufacturers, equipment and supply wholesale distributors, and automotive and other specialty manufacturers, benefit from our solutions that have been honed over decades in the marketplace. We know our customers businesses intimately and deliver software to address their needs.

    The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to our CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is high-energy, goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

    • Operate effectively within a fast-paced and resource-optimized environment, maintaining high levels of efficiency and adaptability
    • Champion the adoption and effective use of new technologies within the organization to boost efficiency, improve communication, and enhance overall productivity
    • Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to enhance workplace productivity
    • Manage travel and expenses efficiently and accurately, ensuring they align with executive schedules and budgetary constraints.
