A Day in the Life Your CFO client just called. Her accounting department could really use help prepping for an upcoming audit. Or maybe she needs a seasoned project manager to lead a merger integration. As a Business Development Manager, you will:
• Establish and maintain target lists • Developing client relationships • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, "ad calls," skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods • Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities • Collaborate with team members to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across lines of business and/or national practices as appropriate
Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree required • 1-3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting staffing augmentation is preferred • Background in audit, tax, and/or public accounting plus • Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals • Strong desire to lead while remaining hands-on in business development
