Position Title: Account Executive – Data Centers (Owner / Operators)
Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time
Location: Remote (U.S.) | ~30% Travel
Compensation: ~$300K OTE (Base + Commission | Flexible for top candidates)

Key Overview:
We are seeking a hunter-minded Account Executive to drive growth within the data center owner/operator ecosystem.
This is a high-impact, enterprise sales role focused on building relationships, generating net-new business, and closing complex deals within a highly specialized market.
Success in this role is driven by industry credibility, existing relationships, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles—not transactional selling or inbound leads.

Key Qualifications:
  • Direct experience selling into data center owner/operators (required)
  • 7–10+ years of relevant experience within data center or adjacent infrastructure markets
  • Existing relationships within the data center ecosystem and ability to generate opportunities through network and industry presence
  • Proven hunter mentality, with success building pipeline from scratch
  • Experience breaking into enterprise accounts through relationships, events, and strategic outreach
  • Track record of closing complex, multi-threaded, high-value deals
  • Strong understanding of owner priorities (ex., schedule risk, cost of delays, performance visibility)
  • Ability to credibly engage and build trust with senior stakeholders
Key Skills:
  • Consultative, value-based enterprise selling approach
  • Strong stakeholder management across technical and executive audiences
  • Understanding of owner vs. contractor dynamics in large-scale projects
  • Experience selling solutions tied to construction performance or operational outcomes
  • CRM proficiency (ex., Salesforce or similar)
