The Role
This is a hybrid Account Executive position focused on driving new business and expanding client partnerships. While Accounting & Finance is a core focus, we’re open to strong performers from other staffing verticals who know how to produce.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Hunt, pitch, and win new business
  • Build and scale your own book of business
  • Strengthen and expand existing client relationships
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver top-tier talent

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in staffing (Account Executive, Account Manager, or full-desk/360 recruiter)
  • Experience in Accounting & Finance or another vertical with proven success
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Confidence building a desk from scratch
  • Strong ATS/CRM + LinkedIn usage
