    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive, Business Development to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of ticket sales for Player 15 Group, while playing a key role in broader department initiatives.

    Your Role on the Team

    Proactively generate season ticket and membership revenue across all Player 15 Group properties through outbound sales efforts including phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and in-person presentationsConsistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standardsCreate tailored membership packages and experiences that align with client needs and drive long-term value and retentionIdentify and prospect new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, networking events, and market researchBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while tracking all activity using internal system (e.g., CRM, etc.)Attend games and events to host clients, build relationships, and identify upsell and referral opportunitiesSupport department-wide initiatives that contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in membership strategyPerform other duties as assigned by leadership
