We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive / Business Development Representative with 2–4 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strong relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling IT staffing and workforce solutions across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets, with a focus on IT staffing services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand technical hiring needs and deliver tailored IT talent solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing for IT staffing engagements
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery of qualified IT candidates and client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems
• Stay informed on IT industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven sales experience within the IT staffing or recruitment industry (required)
• Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition, preferably in technology staffing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve results
• Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Preferred Skills

• Experience selling IT staffing solutions (temporary, contract, contract-to-hire, or permanent placements)
• Familiarity with roles such as software developers, cloud engineers, data analysts, cybersecurity professionals, etc.
• Existing network of contacts within the IT or technology sector is an asset
• Strong understanding of technology workforce trends and hiring challenges
