Essential Requirements

  • 2+ years of field sales experience for Outside Sales.
  • Evidence of meeting activity and pipeline generation goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply sales best practices.
  • Team player mindset with cross-functional collaboration.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Completion of foundational sales training (e.g., prospecting, discovery, negotiation).

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $157,000 - $203,000 (Base + Commissions).
