Position Overview
T.D. Clayton State Farm is hiring a full-time Account Associate in Winchester, VA for someone who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This is an in-office role with hands-on training and coaching from a local agency team that values consistency, reliability, and professional growth.
Responsibilities
Reach out to prospects, walk them through coverage options, and follow up to close new business
Book appointments and guide interested prospects from first call to close
Log calls, notes, and pipeline updates in the agency's system daily
Hit consistent weekly call targets and monthly production numbers
Complete ongoing product education and licensing classes
Qualifications
Experience not necessary - full training provided
Comfortable and confident on the phone with a clear speaking style
A self-starter who doesn't shy away from daily calls and follow-ups
Ready to earn the insurance licenses the role requires
Coachable, upbeat, and happy working as part of a team

This range reflects total compensation - base salary plus commissions and bonuses. Earnings grow with performance, and top performers go beyond it.
