ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Kelly Cannon State Farm Agency is seeking an in-office, outgoing, ambitious, and career-oriented professional to join our team. Our office values a culture of helping our customers manage their everyday risk by helping them to select the appropriate insurance policy to best fit their needs.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
- Drive New Business: Prospect for new leads, contact current customers and potential customers, and offer State Farm products including Auto, Home, Life and other State Farm Insurance products.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate and friendly service to existing customers (policy changes, billing questions, claims inquiries)
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our customers.
What You'll Bring (Requirements)
- Licensing: Property & Casualty insurance license must be able to obtain and the willingness and ability to obtain Life & Health license. We can help guide you through this process.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience, inside sales, retail, telemarketing or insurance experience preferred
- Sales/Service Mindset: Driven, Self--motivated and comfortable with daily outreach to customers by (phone, text, email)
- Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, computer literacy and ability to multitask in a sometimes fast--passed environment.
