Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
Communicate confidently and build quick rapport
Help customer choose the right insurance protection
Learn sales skills, objection handling, and closing techniques
Work toward required licensing (Property & Casualty + Life & Health)
Maintain activity goals, track progress and stay consistent
