ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible to sell and service our existing customers, help uncover needs and provide a customized solution. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide quotes for customers in auto/home/renters/life and health.
- Assist customers with policy changes, update policies as needed and cross-sell.
- Follow up on quotes provided
- Must be goal-oriented and work in a fast-paced environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Must have a Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance license or be willing to obtain
