RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Sale insurance products offered by State Farm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property & Casualty and Life only/ Accident &Health license is required prior to employment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
