Our agency opened in 2000 and is a growing, close-knit team currently made up of two team members with plans to expand. I’ve spent my entire career with State Farm, starting just 17 days after graduating, with experience in both claims and agency - bringing a well-rounded perspective to how we serve our customers.

I’m a graduate of The University of Akron, a member of a national fraternity, and a proud husband and parent of three. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time outdoors.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Swank - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
