Our agency opened in 2024 and is a growing team of four who are focused on building a strong, team-first culture. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the kind of office I wanted to create.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jenny Roberts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
