Our agency opened in 1990 and has grown into a team of six with many long-tenured team members who truly feel like family. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served in the military and later worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me a strong foundation in leadership and customer service.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Wade Davis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
