You grow our agency through recognizing opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attract new customers to the agency
  • Educate prospects on value propositions and overcome objections.
  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong Sales Aptitude or History of Sales Performance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
