ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2008 after spending 21 years as a Sales Manager for one of the most profitable newspapers in the country. A close friend who was a State Farm agent introduced me to the opportunity, and it turned out to be the perfect next chapter—combining leadership, coaching, and long-term relationship building. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Bryan Schexnayder - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
