We are looking for a motivated and dependable Account Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Position Overview:
This role combines outbound calling and administrative support to help drive new business and support our sales team. You will play a key role in generating quote opportunities, following up with prospects, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly behind the scenes.
This is a growth-focused position. Licensing is required (if not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain it within a designated timeframe). Advancement opportunities are available for those who perform and want to move up.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospects to generate insurance quotes
• Follow up on quote opportunities and warm leads
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks
• Chase outstanding documents and underwriting requirements
• Set up DSS and other internal systems as needed
• Maintain accurate notes and follow-up timelines
• Support the overall flow of new business from start to finish
Qualifications:
• Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses
• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable handling both sales-focused tasks and administrative duties
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
