ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2001 and currently lead a team of four. My career with State Farm began in 1995 in Claims Operations, then I later became an Agency Liaison, which gave me the opportunity to work closely with many agents and learn from their success before opening my own office.


I’m a father of three and truly enjoyed being part of my kids’ activities growing up. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active - whether that’s going to the gym, golfing, or spending time outdoors. I also have a strong passion for sports.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eric Kaneda - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
  • If not currently licensed, you will be required to obtain insurance licensing.
