Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Primary focus will be on service, billing, and claims
- This can be a part time or full time position

Requirements
- Ability to obtain a license is required - course and 1 test are reimbursed after 6 months of employment
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
