RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with local businesses to establish and maintain referral relationships.
- Manage and maintain the office calendar, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and follow-ups are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Conduct follow-up communications with businesses and internal teams to confirm appointments and gather necessary information.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries and referral coordination.
- Prepare and distribute scheduling reports and updates to relevant team members.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining contact databases.
