ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, close-knit team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member, which gave me a solid foundation in both customer service and agency operations.

I’m a graduate of UMKC with a B.A. and a proud parent of two. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the movies and staying active at the gym. We stay engaged in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Young Latino Professionals group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mario Giraldo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
