Our agency opened in 2016, and I’ve been with State Farm since 2002. Over the years, I’ve built an office focused on teamwork, flexibility, and helping both customers and team members succeed. Family is very important to me. I have two sons and love spending time traveling, going on cruises, and enjoying the beach. Those interests help remind me how important balance is between work and life outside the office.
I’m also involved in the community through the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce and enjoy staying connected to the people and businesses in the area.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hope Chu Hing - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
