You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Candidates for this part time role can choose from a 9:00am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
