What We’re Looking For:
️ Strong communication and persuasion skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
Previous sales experience preferred, insurance experience a plus
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
Able to obtain Life and Health License
