We are seeking a motivated, energetic Account Associate to join our winning team. Responsibilities


  • Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients on insurance options
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Market appropriate products and services aligned with customer goals
  • Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity and success
  • Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business growth
Requirements


  • Enthusiasm for learning about insurance and financial products
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Proven ability to meet sales goals preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Comfort making presentations to potential customers
  • Experience in marketing is a plus
  • Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
