ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and lead a team of four in a high-performing office that ranks in the top five in our area for production. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the mortgage industry, which gave me a strong background in financial services and customer relationships.

I attended Indiana State University and enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance. Our office is located on Main Street, so we’re regularly involved in local events and enjoy being an active part of the community.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brian Seyfert - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
