Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will actively help potential and existing customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate insurance and financial products. You’ll follow a consultative sales process, build relationships, and support a customer-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct follow-up interactions to support acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach strategies.
- Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.
- Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales experience preferred (insurance sales or similar customer-facing sales is a plus)
- Coachable attitude and willingness to learn (including State Farm product knowledge)
- Comfort using CRM tools and handling follow-up tasks
- Driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses
