As Sales/Service Team member for Jim Hajdukovich Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current License Property and Casualty 24.00 per hour
- Current AK License Property, Casualty, Life and Health 26.00 per hour
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License
- Experience in selling insurance products
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
