Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This position is open to candidates seeking either Full-Time or Part-Time employment and offers flexibility in scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate office maintenance and repair as necessary
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary is a plus
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Experience with scheduling software and database management
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
