ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2019 and is a close-knit team of four focused on growth, accountability, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a District Manager for Verizon Wireless, bringing leadership experience and a results-driven mindset into the agency.

I hold a B.A. and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Strategic Corporate Finance. Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. I’m also a business owner and proud dog mom to three miniature dachshunds. I lead with a servant leadership mindset and focus on supporting my team’s success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Susan Smith - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
