Emerald Edge Promotions is seeking an Account Associate to support our AT&T campaign by assisting with customer onboarding, account updates, and day-to-day client interactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and organized customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with new account setup and service enrollments
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding account updates and services
- Support follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service activation
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
- Help track and manage daily activity and account progress
