Job Description
Are you the kind that likes variety, the kind where each day is not the same? If so, you just found the perfect position. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to answer and maintain our accident phone line. In this role you will provide front-line support to our associates, taking detailed notes from the conversation and processing each call with urgency and calmness.
About the position:
Monday - Friday; 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
The position's main focus is to answer our internal accident phone line
Taking initial vehicle incident calls
Setting up claims
Completing necessary steps based on the severity of the incident
This position will also train to handle level one claims which will require to be handle in a timely & efficient manner.
Using data and video taken from the drivers Smart Drive device for the investigation
