The Access Specialist assists library members with checking out and returning materials, locating items, managing accounts, issuing library cards, and providing information about services. They also support self-service equipment and perform basic collection maintenance. The role is based at Edmond Library and requires availability during all open hours, including some evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule.
Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience. Experience with automated circulation systems and a strong desire to help people are preferred.
