Job Summary Jefferson Community and Technical College seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Access*Ability Resource and Testing Center (ARTC) Specialist. This role provides administrative and student support services, coordinates testing in both centers, and assists the Director and Assistant Director of the Access*Ability Resource and Testing Center. This role also assists students with a variety of academic, professional, and personal support services to overcome academic and non-academic barriers and enhance their skills to increase retention and graduation rates. The position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and commitment to student success. |
Job Duties: Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: |
Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. |
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working with individuals with disabilities, and knowledge of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. |
Additional Skills Requested: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with PeopleSoft or other student information systems preferred. |
