Description Position Summary The Middle School Academic Success Strategy Teacher is responsible for providing targeted academic interventions to students in need of additional support. This position utilizes push-in instructional models to address skill deficits, accelerate learning, and promote success in core content areas.

Qualifications

  • Valid middle school teaching license or certification as required by the state
  • ELA or Math endorsement preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Education or related field required
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of research-based intervention strategies and progress monitoring tools
  • Experience working with middle school students in an instructional or intervention setting preferred
  • Strong data analysis, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to supporting equity, inclusion, and high expectations for all students
