Job Responsibilities:
This position requires availability prior to semester courses beginning and post-semester in order to:
Front Desk Operations & Student Staff Supervision
Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and supervision of 8-10 front desk student staff
Coordinate schedules and ensure consistent office coverage; serve as primary staffing contact
Provide coaching and accountability related to professionalism and office expectations
Step in for front desk coverage as needed and help maintain a welcoming office environment
Tutoring & Academic Support Coordination
Coordinate tutoring operations in collaboration with the Director of Digital Success Coaching
Support Lead Tutors through regular communication and assist with onboarding new tutors
Help coordinate review sessions and other academic support programming
Monitor tutoring usage and data using systems such as Salesforce and Tutor.com
Student Experience & Program Support
Support initiatives connected to CORE 101, Peer Mentors, Saints Nation, and orientation
programming
Assist with communication, logistics, and training for student-facing programs and events
Use platforms including Canvas and Slack as part of program coordination (training provided)
Administrative & Project Support
Support budget processes, including expense documentation, receipt collection, and
reimbursement
