This on-site position as Academic Partner Liaison is a high-visibility, service-forward professional role serving as the primary representative for NEOMED faculty, students, and partners, at our Cleveland-area affiliates.
The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service experience, and a professional approach to relationship management. They are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in a complex environment.

Starting Salary Range: $53,650-$63,486, commensurate with experience.

Summary
The Academic Partnership Liaison is a high-visibility, service-forward professional role serving as the primary onsite representative for Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) faculty, and partners at our Cleveland-area affiliates.
This role delivers a seamless, personalized, and welcoming experience for physicians, faculty, and residents engaged in clinical education and academic collaboration. The Liaison exercises independent judgment, discretion, and proactive problem-solving to anticipate needs, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction reflects the professionalism and values of NEOMED. This position plays a critical role in sustaining strong institutional partnerships and supporting faculty success within a complex academic medical environment.

Physical Requirements
Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment. Ability to make rounds throughout hospital facilities to engage with faculty and staff. This position is located at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH, and requires the ability to travel to other affiliated sites in the area.
