Position Title Academic Manager, Hawk Advantage FLSA Classification EX Reports to Program Director Salary Range F Weeks Per Year 40 Work Week 40 hours (minimum) Position Summary
Provides academic support and advocacy for Hawk Advantage students by connecting at-risk students with resources, developing academic success plans, and coordinating workshops and peer support initiatives. Serves as a liaison between the Hawk Advantage program, faculty, and the Center for Student Success while overseeing tutoring operations and promoting available academic services. Tracks program utilization and student outcomes, maintains accurate records, and uses data-driven, inclusive practices to continuously improve student support services.
Performs all duties in full support of the University's mission, understanding that the positive and effective execution of these duties are instrumental to the education of the University's students.
Hiring Range $60,000
