We are seeking an Academic Advisor to support students at our Chattanooga State campus.

The role involves guiding students in developing academic and career goals through holistic advising, including academic planning, career guidance, and support services. The advisor collaborates with faculty, staff, and external partners to promote student success, health, and transfer processes. Key responsibilities include fostering student development, managing resources responsibly, and maintaining a student-centered, respectful, and accountable organizational culture.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of advising experience, strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Preferred qualifications are a Master’s degree and experience with technology in advising.
Salary ranges from $40,142 to $50,178. Application review begins after 7 days.
