DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Assist with customer support and billing
- Assist with flight schedule changes
- Reach out to 3rd party vendors for ad-hoc ground handling services
- Assist with cross department operations coordination for flights, permits, overflights, and schedule changes
- Assist with UPS Peak badging, security training documentation, and badge tracking
- Assist with Ad Hoc Charter Quotes
- Perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3-5 years aviation experience
- 2 years'' experience in flight or regulatory environment
- Proficient with Microsoft software: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
- Fluent in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365
- Experience with Docusign and Adobe Acrobat
- A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret flight schedules
- Knowledge of airport identifiers
PREFERRED:
- College degree
- Experience in Citrix, Ops ++ and Netline
- Experience in obtaining flight permits and slots
