DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist with monthly reporting
• Assist with customer support and billing
• Assist with flight schedule changes
• Reach out to 3rd party vendors for ad-hoc ground handling services
• Assist with cross department operations coordination for flights, permits, overflights, and schedule changes
• Assist with UPS Peak badging, security training documentation, and badge tracking
• Assist with Ad Hoc Charter Quotes
• Perform other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: N/A
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 3-5 years aviation experience
• 2 years' experience in flight or regulatory environment
• Proficient with Microsoft software: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent in Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365
• Experience with Docusign and Adobe Acrobat
• A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret flight schedules
• Knowledge of airport identifiers
PREFERRED:
• College degree
• Experience in Citrix, Ops ++ and Netline
• Experience in obtaining flight permits and slots
