Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $61,443 - $92,164 / annually. Pay is dependent on applicant''s relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Coordinates activities and flow of work for leave and accommodation programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary case manager for employee leave and accommodation requests (FMLA, ADA, state leaves, company-specific leaves).
  • Maintains confidential records in the leave management system and coordinates medical documentation, certification tracking, and other required documentation.
  • Partners with benefits, payroll, leaders, and HRBP''s to ensure accurate and successful leave and accommodation management and education.
  • Maintains compliance with applicable leave and accommodation policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Bachelor''s degree.
  • 2 years HR experience, preferably in leave or benefits administration.
