Abrasive Blasting Technician — Powder Coat Prep
Picture your shift starting with a quick equipment check: the blast cabinet hums to life, media levels are right where they should be, and the dust collection system is dialed in. You review the work queue, choose the ideal media for each part — from aluminum oxide to glass bead — and lay down an even, consistent blast pattern that sets every surface up for a flawless powder coat. You inspect your work, confer with finishing teammates, and keep the booth spotless so the next run moves just as smoothly.
