Licensed Support ABA is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and communicative Administrative Assistant to provide full-time administrative support to our ABA center-based sensory gym and behavioral therapy program. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being an important part of a mission-driven organization that supports children and families. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting managers, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining records, and helping our clinical team stay focused on delivering quality services. This position requires on-site presence and offers an exciting opportunity to grow alongside a newly expanding early intervention program.
What You'll Do:
Provide daily administrative support to center operations and therapy staff
Managing clients' stimuli, filing, correspondence, supply orders, and daily tasks
Assist with payroll review, documentation, and communication
Maintain accurate and organized records of attendance, scheduling, and internal tracking systems
Support implementation of automated systems and process improvements
Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative inquiries
Coordinate a smooth daily flow of sessions, supplies, and room usage
Collaborate with the program director and therapists to address operational needs
What We're Looking For:
High School Diploma is required; Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
2 years of prior administrative or office support experience
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
Friendly with a commitment to customer service
Self-motivated professional with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, education, or therapy settings a plus
Ability to grow with the role as the program expands
