Overview:
Sentara Careplex Hospital in Hampton VA is hiring a Part-Time Administrative Associate for our Intermediate Care Unit. Three 8-hour weekday shifts 8A - 4:30P.
The Administrative Associate is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks. This position provides clerical support, manages patient records, schedules discharge follow-up appointments, and handles patient inquiries. Responsible to ensure supplies are ordered for the unit. The role involves collaborating with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Education
HS Diploma or Equivalent GED (Required)

Experience
One year previous healthcare experience (Preferred)
