Job Description Eagle Aviation is seeking an experienced and motivated A&P Technician to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance inspections and repairs on general and corporate aviation aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and Eagle Aviation procedures.The ideal candidate will bring a strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and a commitment to safety and compliance. We are looking for technicians who thrive in a collaborative environment are eager to learn and take pride in high-quality craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitesPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on general and corporate aircraftTroubleshoot discrepancies and determine corrective actions for mechanical issuesConduct airframe and powerplant inspections per manufacturer and FAA standardsMaintain accurate and timely maintenance records and documentationEnsure proper use of tools equipment and parts in accordance with safety protocolsWork with the Parts Department to requisition parts and materials as neededCoordinate with other departments including avionics and completions to support aircraft service needsStay up to date with changes in FAA regulations and service bulletinsJob RequirementsValid FAA Airframe & Powerplant A&P LicenseMinimum 2 years of general aviation maintenance experience preferredStrong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance proceduresAbility to read and interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematicsProficient in the use of tools diagnostic equipment and ground support equipmentSelf-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skillsCommitment to safety compliance and delivering quality serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComplianceMust be at least 18 years old.Must be able to pass drug screening and TSA background screening.Must have a valid Drivers License with reliable transportation.Benefits OverviewEagle Aviation offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes significant employer contributions toward medical vision and basic life insurance coverage for eligible employees.
