Shift Hours: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Overtime: Available, with premium rates offered

STS Technical Services is now hiring experienced A&P Mechanics in Bridgeport, West Virginia. This is your chance to join a world-class team supporting FAR Part 135 aircraft maintenance in both hangar and ramp environments. Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and maintain aircraft systems to ensure airworthiness
- Document all work performed in compliance with FAA regulations and internal procedures
- Train and mentor fellow technicians and contractors when needed
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and general work rules
Qualifications:
- FAA “Airframe” license required (A&P preferred)
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on aircraft technician experience
- MRO, CRJ airframe, and military maintenance experience are highly desirable
- Familiarity with maintenance manuals, FAA documentation, and parts catalogs
- Must meet FAA Title 14 CFR Part 65 language requirements (read/write/speak English)
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must possess a standard aviation tool kit
- Must pass a criminal background check and FAA-compliant drug and alcohol screening
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic PC/computer proficiency required

- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, with frequent walking, standing, and climbing
- Work performed in hangar and ramp settings supporting aircraft maintenance operations
