Introduction
We are seeking experienced A-Level and B-Level Automotive Technicians to join a busy automotive repair facility in Wood River, IL. This is a full-time Monday-Friday position offering competitive flat-rate pay, excellent benefits, ongoing training, and a team-focused work environment. Key Responsibilities
A-Level Technician
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns.
- Complete bumper-to-bumper repairs from diagnosis through completion.
- Perform maintenance, brake, suspension, and mechanical repairs.
- Repair domestic and Asian vehicles.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and software.
- Mentor and support junior technicians.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
B-Level Technician
- Perform bumper-to-bumper automotive repairs.
- Diagnose and repair common drivability concerns.
- Complete maintenance, brake, suspension, and mechanical repairs.
- Repair domestic and Asian vehicles.
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and software.
- Maintain quality workmanship and productivity.
- Work effectively with the team.
Qualifications
A-Level Technician
- 6+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to complete repairs independently.
- Leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor others.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
B-Level Technician
- 3-5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- At least 2 years of diagnostic experience.
- Strong bumper-to-bumper repair skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Professional and dependable.
